With varieties of advanced equipment and strict quality control, Alucobest brand panel features high strength with excellent torsion strength and bending strength under heavy loads, and also excellent weather resistance.
Easy processing and installation
Alucobest panel is easy to process for its light weight (3.5—5.5 kg/sq. m). All cutting, milling, planning, slotting, side-folding and curving can be easily fulfilled by simple tools used for processing timber and metal. Both indoor and outdoor decoration can be implemented simultaneously so as to raise working efficiency and short working time.
Superb fire resistance
A core of PE plastic or aluminum hydroxide is wedged between aluminum plates for reliable fire protection. Fire resistance rating according to the Russian standards allows Alucobest to be used in compliance with all fire safety standards, including those for chemical plants, refueling stations, airports, train stations and other facilities.
Excellent impact resistance
It features good impact resistance, toughness and bending rigidity; it will not be damaged when suffering from sand blown by wind.
Special weather resistance
Alucobest panel coated with fluoro-carbon (PVDF) resin, it features good lightness, strong adhesion, and alkali resistance, powdering resistance of ultraviolet light. It can be used for 20 years without fade.
