Back Foamed PVC
PVC is foamed as it comes out of the extrusion die. Haircell foamed texture, containing numerous finest air bubbles, provides fabricated sheets with superb thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Foamed PVC sheets are ideal for indoor and outdoor use in advertising, construction and industry. The foamed PVC sheets feature lightweight, durable and versatile surfaces, which can be painted, printed, laminated, embossed, engraved or milled, according to customer specifications. PVC sheets are available in the standard version, for internal and external applications, which is especially suitable for outdoor conditions. They have smooth matt or glossy finish on both sides, which guarantees high UV protection, as well as high weather resistance.

Applications
White sheets are weather resistant and recommended for outdoor use. They may be used in indoor and outdoor advertising (signs, letters, road signs, exhibition boards, interior decoration), construction (partitions, wall cladding, air conditioning ducts, jambs, etc.) and industry (control cabinets and panels, structures for corrosive environments, ducts, etc.). Because standard PVC sheets are stabilized by non-toxic materials, they are ideally suited for use in food processing plants. They are safe for contact with infants and children. These are only some of the most obvious applications of standard sheets. A wider range of uses of this material is limited only by the customer’s imagination.
Foamed PVC products from PALRAM
Palight has a matt finish on both sides and is available in white and colored sheets. Palight UV has a glossy UV-resistant surface, available in white and colored sheets. Great for printing and outdoor use. Colors do not fade. Palight 2001 has a solid glossy surface on one side and is available in white and colored sheets. Palight 2002 has a solid glossy surface on both sides and is available in white color.
Standard sizes: 1220 ? 2440 mm, 1560 ? 3050 mm, 2030 ? 3050 mm.

Palight has a masking film on one side. Palight 2001 and Palight 2002 have the masking film on both sides.
Foamed PVC products from Veka
Vekaplan SF is a light PVC foam sheet. Vekaplan S is a solid integral PVC foam sheet. Vekaplan SR is a 100% recovered PVC foam sheet.
Vekaplant SF is a lightweight PVC foam sheet that has a haircell-textured surface with matt finish. Sheets are available in white color with one side covered with a masking film and supplied in pallet quantities. The PVC is rate B2 according to DIN 4102 for interior use. Veka also produces colored foamed PVC sheets. Basic colors are black, grey, red, blue, yellow, green. Standard sheet size: 1560 ? 3050 mm, 2030 ? 3050 mm, 2030 ? 4050 mm. Thickness: 1—10 mm.
